Undercover kissing
Prompt: Firenze
Serie: Le bizzarre avventure di JoJo - Vento Aureo
Pairing: Giorno/Mista
Mista was surprised. Well, it was not like he could say that Giorno was a predictable man, anyway. Ever since meeting him, his life had changed dramatically. Two years ago, before meeting him, he would have never thought about betraying Passione’s boss. Heck, he had never thought that he would be the boss one day. Well, the boss was technically Giorno, but he was the second in command. He had never imagined that someone would hold him in such high regard to make him his direct assistant and right-hand man. It was astonishing, to say the least. That’s why what was happening right now still threw him off, but it wasn’t so far from what he was expecting from his boss. After all, he made him betray the most fearful man in the whole Mafia world. What was happening at that moment was just a trivial thing compared to that.
It all began that same morning. They were in Florence, for an undercover mission. Ever since becoming boss, Giorno instructed his subordinates to go on espionage missions, in order to find intel on his enemies, but that time, it was a serious thing. He decided that it was better if he went himself to the place to set things right. And, of course, his trusted Mista was to be at his side. After leaving everything in Fugo’s hand – Mista agreed to that only because there was also Trish looking over him – the two of them departed. During the trip from Naples to Venice – luckily this time they weren’t attacked – Mista was deep in thought and Giorno was busy looking at his phone.
Suddenly, the blonde turned his head towards the other.
- Mista. Care to tell me what is wrong? – He inquired. His voice was low and soft, but demanding. Mista knew that all too well. Giorno was able to see through him so easily. The way his boss managed to be elegant and refined while still being fearsome and powerful was the thing he admired the most about him. He was brought back to Earth by Giorno’s voice and turned slowly toward him. Giorno was staring at him with his deep blue eyes. Under the imposing stare of him, Mista shivered.
- No, Giorno, it’s nothing. It’s just that… you know. I’ve been thinking. -
- That’s strange, isn’t it? – The other jokingly mocked him.
Mista smiled back at him and continued.
- It’s Fugo. Are you sure it’s okay to leave everything to him? I mean, he was so fast in not following you when we were trying to take Diavolo down. – He began.
Giorno sighed. – I know, Mista. But you have to admit, that wasn’t an easy situation, wasn’t it? – He tilted his head slightly and Mista couldn’t help but notice how perfectly his hair followed his movements. – I mean, even Narancia had his doubts following us and we both agree that Narancia was a very loyal friend. -
At the mention of his friend, Mista stiffened more.
- Come on, Giorno. I know it. It’s just strange that you left everything to him, that’s all. – He finished, a hint of a pout forming on his face.
The blonde smiled at him. – Well, it is you who is here, at this moment, not Fugo, right? – He looked intensely in his eyes while saying so. Mista was so overwhelmed. – And besides. – Giorno continued softly. – Trish is also there, isn’t she? -
Mista looked at him. Yeah, he was right. He was so foolish to think that about Fugo. Maybe he was jealous – exactly about what, he didn’t know yet. Mista couldn’t give a proper explanation to it, but just a few words from Giorno were able to ease his pain so easily.
After arriving in Florence, they immediately found the target they had to follow. After following him for a while, they noticed that some people were following them, too. Upon realizing that was likely to be a trap, Giorno quickly grabbed Mista’s hand and they tried escaping from their pursuers by hiding in a bar. Luckily, Giorno had anticipated that his enemies would pull a move like that – thank God he was so resourceful – and promptly brought a change of clothes in order to disguise themselves. They had to change in less eccentric and flashy clothes than their normal ones, so they were just in casual clothes. Giorno had a shirt with some jeans and to cover his face, he had an old-style fedora. Mista couldn’t help but wonder how it was possible for him to look so good even in casual clothes. Mista, on his part, had a normal hoodie and a cap. The disguise helped them quite a bit and they were able to reach the riverside safely. Few people were strolling on its sides and if GIorno and MIsta were able to avoid direct contact with their pursuers they would be safe.
Suddenly, Mista pulled Giorno’s hand.
- They’re coming from both ways, I don’t know how to get past them. -
After assessing the situation, Giorno brought his hand to his face for a moment. Then, he looked at Mista.
- I have an idea, but you have to help me. -
- Yes, I’m here. – He was more than eager to help him if that meant escaping that situation.
Giorno quickly pinned him against the little wall delimiting the riversides. Mista used his legs in order not to fall on the river.
- Hey, what the hell are you-- -
He couldn’t finish his sentence that Giorno’s lips came crashing on his violently. They were soft – why was he thinking about the softness of Giorno's lips, Mista wondered to himself – and his boss’ tongue was fast to overwhelm him in sweet sensations from the kiss.
As Giorno kept kissing him, he turned slightly and after a while, he distanced himself from Mista.
- It seems they’re gone. – He calmly said.
Mista didn’t have words to comment on that whole situation. Did he use the kiss as a way to disguise themselves more inside the crowd and make the people surrounding them think that they weren’t there? It was a well-thought plan, Mista had to admit.
There was only one problem. His pants felt a lot tighter now and Mista couldn’t admit this to himself. It’s true – Giorno always managed to surprise him. This time, he surprised him so much that he now had a boner – and, to boot, after just a mere kiss - while being in the middle of an escapee.
